BIO
Sophia Klee is 22 years old and plays table tennis in the Bundesliga. Her sporting career began at SC Niestetal before she competed in the top division for TuS Bad Driburg, ESV Weil, TTC Weinheim, and currently TSV Langstadt. Alongside her sporting pursuits, she is studying Sports Management through distance learning at AKAD. Her greatest achievement to date is winning a silver medal at the U21 European Championships – her first individual medal at European level. She is also very much looking forward to being an ambassador for Rhine-Ruhr 2025, as such international tournaments are always something special.

I am very grateful to be involved in the tournament as an ambassador, as it is a fantastic event for all elite athletes pursuing a dual career. I understand how challenging it is to balance sport and studies, and I am really looking forward to meeting many of the athletes. Sophia Klee
