The Volunteer Portal on Bornan will be your go-to platform for all volunteer-related activities during the Games. Through the portal, you will have easy access to important information, manage your shifts, and stay updated on all key elements and announcements.
You will log in to the portal using the credentials you received after your account was created. Make sure to use the password you selected during registration. If you have forgotten your login details, the portal has a password reset option.
Your personal dashboard will give you an overview of everything you need to know:
Your confirmed roles.
Any important event updates or announcements.
Quick links to training and resource materials.
Communication & announcements.
Since your roles have already been , you will see your shift schedule upon logging in and going to the shifts page. This section allows you to:
View your confirm shifts, times, and locations.
View your assigned tasks and locations.
Access the training materials and resources you need to be well prepared for your role. Generally, each volunteer receives the following online trainings and needs to complete them before collecting their accreditation:
General event training
Functional Area training (about your area of volunteering)
Role training (about your specific role)
Venue specific training (about the venue where you will be in action)
